Preamble IN exercise of the powers conferred by subparagraph 13(2)(i) of the Copyright Act 1987 [Act 332], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement This order may be cited as the Copyright (Public Libraries and Educational, Scientific or Professional Institutions) (Amendment) Order 1996 and shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1 January 1996. Amendment to the schedule The Schedule of the Copyright (Public Libraries and Educational, Scientific or Professional Institutions) Order 1987 [P.U.(A) 382/87] is amended by inserting after the words "World Wide Fund For Nature Malaysia Resource Centre (WWF Malaysia Resource Centre)" the following words: "Bank Negara Malaysia".
