Copyright (Application to other Countries) (Amendment) Regulations 2000 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 59A of the Copyright Act 1987 [Act 332], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1. (1) These regulations may be cited as the Copyright (Application to Other Countries) (Amendment) Regulations 2000. (2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 1996. Amendment of Schedule 1 2. The Copyright (Application to Other Countries) Regulations 1990 [P. U. (A) 314/90], which in these Regulations are referred to as the "principal Regulations", are amended by substituting for items 1 and 2 in Schedule 1 the following item: Amendment of Schedule 2 3. The principal Regulations are amended by substituting for item 1 in Schedule 2
