IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (1) of section 11 of the Copyright Act 1987, the Minister makes the following order: Citation and Commencement 1. This Order may be cited as the Copyright (Government Organizations and International Bodies) Order 1987 and shall come into force on 2nd December 1987. Government Organizations and International Bodies for the Purposes of the Act 2. The Government organizations and international bodies specified in the Schedule are declared to be Government organizations and international bodies for the purpose of subsection (1) of section 11 of the Act.
