Copyright Act (No. 3) B.E. 2558 (2015): The amendment is related to exceptions for persons with impairment in vision, hearing, mobility, intelligence or learning, or other impairments. It also includes the anti-camcarding provision. Copyright Act (No. 4) B.E. 2561 (2018): The amendment is to comply with the Marrakesh Treaty to Facilitate Access to Published Works for Persons Who are Blind, Visually Impaired, or Otherwise Print Disabled.
