    1971 년 7 월 24 일 파리에서 개정된 세계저작권협약 ( 이하 "1971 년 협약 " 이라 한다 ) 의 당사국이며 , 또한 이 의정서의 체약당사국인 국가는 , 다음의 규정을 수락하였다 . 1. 이 의정서의 당사국에 상시 거주하는 무국적자 및 난민은 1971 년 협약의 적용상 , 그 국가의 국민으로 간주한다 . 2. 가 . 이 의정서는 1971 년 협약 제 8 조의 규정이 협약에 적용되는 바와 같이 , 서명되고 또한 비준 내지 수락을 요하며 이에 가입할 수 있다 . 나 . 이 의정서는 각 국가에 대하여 , 각각 그 비준 , 수락 내지 가입서의 기탁일과 그 국가에 대한 1971 년 협약의 효력발생일 중에서 늦은 일자에 효력이 발생한다 . 다 . 1952 년 협약의 제 1 부속의정서는 , 1952 년 협약의 제 1 부속 의정서의 당사국이 아닌 국가에 대하여 이 의정서가 효력을 발생한 날에 , 그 국가에 대하여 효력이 발생한 것으로 본다 . 이상의 증거로서 , 하기 서명자는 정당히 권한을 위임받아 이 의정서에 서명하였다 . 1971 년 7 월 24 일 파리에서 동등히 정본인 영어 , 불어 및 스페인어로 단일본을 작성하였다 . 동 정본은 국제연합교육과학문화기구 사무총장에게 기탁된다 . 사무총장은 서 명국 에 대하여 , 그리고 등록을 위하여 국제연합사무총장에 대하여 인증등본을 송부한다 .

    1. Stateless persons and refugees who have their habitual residence in a State party to this Protocol shall, for the purposes of the 1971 Convention be assimilated to the nationals of that State. 2. (a) This Protocol shall be signed and shall be subject to ratification or acceptance, or may be acceded to, as if the provisions of article VIII of the 1971 Convention applied hereto. (b) This Protocol shall enter into force in respect of each State, on the date of deposit of the instrument of ratification, acceptance or accession of the State concerned or on the date of entry into force of the 1971 Convention with respect to such State, whichever is the later. (c) On the entry into force of this Protocol in respect of a State not party to Protocol 1 annexed to the 1952 Convention, the latter Protocol shall be deemed to enter into force in respect of such State. IN FAITH WHEREOF the undersigned, being duly authorized thereto, have signed this Protocol. DONE at Paris this twenty-fourth day of July 1971, in the English, French and Spanish languages, the three texts being equally authoritative, in a single copy which shall be deposited with the Director-General of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization. The Director-General shall send certified copies to the signatory States, and to the Secretary-General of the United Nations for registration.
