    ⊙고시 제1987-145호 1971년 7월 24일 파리에서 개정된 세계저작권협약 제5조의 2 제1항에 의한 통고 “1971년 7월 24일 파리에서 개정된 세계저작권협약 및 제1, 제2부속 의정서”는 1971년 7월 24일 세계저작권협약의 개정을 위한 회의에서 채택되었으며, 동 협약 제8조 2항 및 각 의정서 2항 가의 규정에 따라 대한민국 정부는 1987년 7월 1일 동 협약에 가입하였으므로, 개발도상국인 대한민국 정부는 상기 협약 제5조의 2, 제5조의 3 및 제5조의 4의 제규정을 심사한 후, 제5조의 2 제1항에 의하여 대한민국 정부가 상기 조항에 규정된 모든 예외를 이용하고 동 조항에 포함된 규정을 성실히 이행할 것을 약속한다. 　　　　　　 이상의 증거로 본인 대한민국 외무부장관 최광수는 이 선언서에 서명하고 이에 대한민국 외무부장관인을 날인하였다. 　　　　　　 일천구백팔십칠년 시월 십삼일 서울에서 작성하였다. 　　　　　　 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　외 무 부 장 관 최 광 수

    Notification in terms of Article V bis 1 of the Universal Copyright Convention as revised at Paris on 24 July 1971 WHEREAS the Universal Copyright Convention as revised at Paris on 24 July 1971 and the Protocols 1 and 2 annexed thereto were adopted by the Conference for Revision of the Universal Copyright Convention on 24 July 1971; 　　　　　　 WHEREAS, under the terms of Article VIII 2 of the Convention and paragraph 2 (a) of each of the Protocols, the Government of the Republic of Korea acceded to the Convention on 1 July 1987: 　　　　　　 NOW THEREFORE, being a developing country, the Government of the Republic of Korea, having considered all the provisions of Article V bis, V ter and V quarter of the aforesaid Convention, do hereby notify in terms of Article V bis 1 that the Government of the Republic of Korea shall avail of all the exceptions provided in the provisions of the above articles and undertake faithfully to carry out the stipulations therein contained. 　　　　　　 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, Kwang Soo Choi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea, have signed this declaration and caused the Seal of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea to be hereunto affixed. 　　　　　　 Done at Seoul, this thirteenth day of October in the year of one thousand nine hundred and eighty-seven. 　　　　　　 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　/Sgd./ 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　Kwang Soo Choi 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　Minister of Foreign Affairs
